Returns & Exchanges

RETURN POLICY:

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please check our return policy below!

 

Our return policy is for store credit or exchange only for regularly priced merchandise. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON "SALE" MERCHANDISE. Orders that have been shipped are eligible for exchange if they are shipped back to Whiskey Ray’s Boutique within 10 days of the purchase date. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached (if applicable).  Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, pet hair, perfume, smoke, or any other similar stains will be refused and returned to you. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional shipping box/bag. The shoe box must not be damaged to receive a refund. If the shoe box is damaged, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Any Jewelry, cactus and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. 

SHIPPING:

Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping. If we receive your item and it is not acceptable you will be charged a $7.95 fee to ship it back to you. To Exchange a item for a different size or item there is another shipping fee of $7.75

EXCHANGES:

Whiskey Ray's will exchange your item if the correct size is available. If not you will automatically be issued a store credit.

DEFECTIVE:

If you received defective merchandise, please contact us within two business days so we can correct the issue. Damages must be reported within two business days of receiving the merchandise or it cannot be returned.
